• Advisor to Office of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabia National Guard, Modernization Program (OPM-SANG-MP) regarding the development of a Aviation Safety Program.
• Assisted in the activation of the first Heliport in Saudia Arabia National Guard (SANG) with identification of safety hazards prior to the opening of the heliport.
• Developed and implemented a Pre-Accident plan, a daily/annual Foreign Object Damage (FOD) program, and a Crash Response plan.
• Exercised a no communication Crash drill on the heliport with a Crash Rescue force consisting of Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighters (ARFF) and medical personnel.
• Obtained FOD receptacles and planned for the development of Emergency Eye Wash stations.
