5. Escalate the alarms to designated team in time of the problems cannot be solved by ROC Engineer and Field Operations Engineer or Facilities Management and on spot to resolve and reminding the Engineers of solving the problems according to the different level alarms.
6. Initial analyses locate and solve for the complaints and fault.
7. Submit the Daily and weekly maintenance reports to the designated discipline in NOC.
8. Monitoring the whole process of the ticket items, and closes the alarms within the SLA.
