Pre Contract - Pricing, Preparation of BOQ, tender documents, tender clarifications, required amendments.

Post Contract (After LOI) - Deal with government authorities and private sector’s clients for each valuation related matters. Also, Sub contractor’s commercial sector and contract obligations.

Provided site supervision and managed joint measurements/clarifications with government bodies and private sectors. Preparation of due diligent documentation and assisted to seniors.

Site measurements, taking off quantities form the drawings, preparation of interim valuation, daily progress and reported to senior.
