Job Description: As Mechanical Engineer (For Rolling Mill Department)

 Coordinate for the technical aspects of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the rolling mill, especially during the site phase of the project.
 Manage and coordinate the technical interfaces or clarifications between all project disciplines and rolling mill operations

 Overseeing all aspects of the daily operational management of the painting programmed performed by various contractors on site
 Compiling all inspection reports on a daily and weekly basis
 Carry out inspection of preparation and application of paints to different types of surfaces in accordance with the international standards
 Ensuring full compliance with project specifications and stringent safety controls through ongoing inspection and review
 Verify that all allocating activates are in accordance with project specification, procedure and ITP - review sub-contractor’s quality control procedures and plans.
 Day to day site inspections activities of coating. Verify that application procedures, quality control procedures and inspection and test plans proposed by contractor are technically acceptable, met specification and code requirements and cover the complete painting scope for the project.
 Ensure that the painting and coating inspection and testing activities on pipelines are performed and completed as per the project specification.
