Job Description: As Mechanical Engineer (Project Team)
Supervise that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Engage and managed the contractors during the construction and installation of the plant and provides technical support
Oversee that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices
Conducting final inspection for all mechanical materials before erection.
Overseeing that the inspection conforms to standards and allowable tolerances.
Review of weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the plant
Maintain accurate records and files according to quality standard.
Job Description: As Mechanical Engineer (For Rolling Mill Department)
Coordinate for the technical aspects of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the rolling mill, especially during the site phase of the project.
Manage and coordinate the technical interfaces or clarifications between all project disciplines and rolling mill operations
Perform corrective actions on projects pending issues
Ensure compliance with the Technical Specification and Performance criteria during design, installation and operation of the Plant
Ensure that adequate inspections and tests are carried out and the results are properly documented to ensure safe, reliable and correct operation
Attend regular progress review meetings to facilitate the production of regular progress reports.
Identify and solve chronic/repetitive problems and failures as well as reduce process variation.
Assist with the development of the Annual Action Plan, and the administration of established policies, practices, and procedures
Oversee, contribute to, and support daily improvement management activities, which include providing timely and accurate cost estimates on proposed improvement efforts.
Assist with all safety activities.
Job Description: As Piping Inspector
Verification of isometric drawings with respect to P&ID
Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection.
Coordinating with the contractor while the inspection is being carried out and offer any clarification is required.
Witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro test, and flushing; system lay-up both in and in erection field
Witness of alignment, orientation and dimensions of installed piping
Assures that all joint are exposed for examination during pressure test
Ensuring vents are open when filling and draining lines.
Conform repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.
Witnessing of flange joint assembly and bolt torque
Ensure the blinds are removed and correct rating gaskets are installed
Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerance of the piping systems are as per contract specification
Performs actual site line checks and verification as per approved isometric drawings.
Job Description: As Painting Inspector
Overseeing all aspects of the daily operational management of the painting programmed performed by various contractors on site
Compiling all inspection reports on a daily and weekly basis
Carry out inspection of preparation and application of paints to different types of surfaces in accordance with the international standards
Ensuring full compliance with project specifications and stringent safety controls through ongoing inspection and review
Verify that all allocating activates are in accordance with project specification, procedure and ITP - review sub-contractor’s quality control procedures and plans.
Day to day site inspections activities of coating. Verify that application procedures, quality control procedures and inspection and test plans proposed by contractor are technically acceptable, met specification and code requirements and cover the complete painting scope for the project.
Ensure that the painting and coating inspection and testing activities on pipelines are performed and completed as per the project specification.

Job Description:
Arranging inspection items for paint superintendent and paint maker prior for inspection
Discussing and coordinating to production department regarding the test and application receipt of inspection
Conducting in-process inspection (includes intermediate coatings and final inspection)
Conducting final inspection with the client(owner’s representative) and maker for approval
of the items to be inspected.
Knowledgeable in all sorts of coating defects, surface preparation and inspection for painting
Acquainted in ship’s design/construction
Preparation of request and reports for the clients and coordinate with the client representative.
Providing a high level of leadership and direction to the painting team, maximizing productivity levels through ongoing performance monitoring and review.

Received and inspected materials prior for fabrication or delivery on site / module yard.
Conducted in-process inspection (cutting length of pipes, material description based on Isometric Drawing versus actual materials and tolerance execution) prior for welding.
Inspected pipes, valves and fittings per plan. Verify that correct materials are utilized for all works.
Witnessed and checked testing of welded joints like Penetrant Test, Feroxyl Test, Ultrasonic Test and magnetic particle testing.
Conducted final inspection per Isometric Drawings based on Project Specifications for client’s acceptance.
Familiar with construction drawing, general arrangement drawing, piping and instrumentation diagram and isometric drawing.
Visual and gauge inspection in fit-up before and after welding
To check the proper electrodes are used for the respective materials
Inspection of fit-up, weld visual for fabrication of piping
Ensure that the welders are qualified to the WPS
