 Managing a wide range of human resources, training & development, procedures and policies, LMRA issues consistent with employees and Ministry of Labour standards and guidelines.

Achievements:

 Provided industrial relations advice and coached line managers in the implementation of HR principles.
 Streamlined the effectiveness of recruitment process for Construction Company and recruited over 100 staffs and labors in multiple disciplines for commencement of a new project.
 A sound talent management plan was designed to bridge the talent gaps which had great business impact and workforce effectiveness measured during and after the implementation which was also incorporated in the strategic & business plans.
