Reporting directly to partners and the General Manager, I am responsible for provide operational support and the day-to-day management of all Human Resource functions for over 20 clients ranging from (Bank, Construction, Hospitality and other business sectors), in kingdom of Bahrain and 700 clients across Gulf countries.
Advisory, consultancy, developing human resources strategic plans, organizational designs and HR audits.
Managing a wide range of human resources, training & development, procedures and policies, LMRA issues consistent with employees and Ministry of Labour standards and guidelines.
Achievements:
Provided industrial relations advice and coached line managers in the implementation of HR principles.
Streamlined the effectiveness of recruitment process for Construction Company and recruited over 100 staffs and labors in multiple disciplines for commencement of a new project.
A sound talent management plan was designed to bridge the talent gaps which had great business impact and workforce effectiveness measured during and after the implementation which was also incorporated in the strategic & business plans.
Reviewed and implemented new induction processes, gaining buy-in from the management team and resulting in increased retention rates.

Responsible for Developing of new programs and amendments to existing programs on Tandem & NCR - VRE/E 9800 Systems. Developed and implemented S.W.I.F.T. systems operation, facilities development and setting-up S.W.I.F.T. ST200 System and Interface of Telex System with ST200 (STTX) System. Designed integration of Nostro Reconciliation System with Mainframe Interface and S.W.I.F.T. ST200 System. Preparation of training materials for the S.W.I.F.T. Course and conducting in-house training courses to all the back office staff.
Responsible for Designing and Developing of new programs and amendments to existing programs on IBM 4381, CICS, MVS System. Duties consisted of System start-up, Developments of new programs, amendments to the existing programs, assisting the users in all aspects of set-ups and attending to user’s problem related to the System.
As a Management Trainee, I was able to understand the many facets of the hospitality industry by playing a role in a variety of departments. On-the-job training provided me opportunities to apply what I should know in real time and in a real world setting. The experience provided me the opportunity to network, interacting with industry experts and developing under the guidance of company mentors.
