Develop and drive the company's own cluster of retail brands: Oceans Pride (frozen seafood), Juman (Nuts), Only (Organic products), assist its HORECA related Food Service Division in their regular marketing needs & help the Beverage Division in forming its brand identity, its digital mediums (Instagram, LinkedIn & its Digital Catalogue)and empaneling an agency for its creatives.

• Ensure on-time and budget-compliant execution of yearly activity plan, including product launches, line extensions, and associated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee advertising agency, PR, Digital & media suppliers etc. for all campaigns.
• Observe & analyze competitors, market shares, as well as performance KPIs, to pinpoint potential risks & opportunities. Based on these finding propose and execute action plans to address them.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team in briefing and crafting ATL, Digital, and BTL communication for campaigns, and oversee the execution of media strategies to enhance consumer awareness.
