Reporting to HR Manager.
• Recruitment and Selection: Maintain organization’s staff in line with the company’s
recruitment plan/budget and manage the entire process of the recruitment and selection;
highlight needs, suggest alternative succession plans, decide best sourcing tools, develop
interviewing and testing techniques, assist managers on selection process, induction and on
boarding programs.
• Policies & Procedures’: Develop and update company’s policies and procedures and ensure all
the policies are implemented and followed.
• HR Documentation and Records Keeping: Ensure that employees personnel records
maintained, updated and secured.
• Employees Relation: Implement and develop the necessary plans and activities to maintain
high employee relation rates.
• Payroll: Manage the payroll process and ensure timely salary payment.
• Labour Camps Management: Administer Company’s labours camp to ensure that labor
welfare is well taken cared at all times.

Reporting to CEO.
• Manage all employees requests (travel booking, vacation pay, certificates and medical
insurance) and Government Relation.
• Collaborate with department heads for mapping talent requirement plan for the business and
presenting detailed plans to the business head for approval.
• Follow up with internal & external channels for sourcing of candidate for identified job
requirements.
• Prepare details job description for identified position and guide team members in catering
other requisites for fulfilling the position.
• Collaborate with department heads to define their staff training needs, develop business units
training calendar and organize training session for employee based on business/operational
requirements, followed by conducting the training evaluation and effectives results.
• Interact and leasing with the PRO in effectively resolving critical/ legal issues with potential
business impact.
• Keep updated of labor laws about visa control process for new recruits, visa renewals for
exiting employees, cancelation of visas for separating employees.
