* Develop and managed the account relationship between Vodafone Roaming Services and its key strategic Partner Market
accounts worldwide (DU, Zain Group, MTS, Rogers, Entel, VF Qatar, Swisscom, Proximus, SFR, Safaricom, etc.).
* Yearly active negotiation of wholesale and roaming discount agreements with Worldwide Partner Markets by aggregating
total roaming volume of Vodafone Group. Roaming negotiation products: voice, data, SMS and M2M. Negotiation of
commercial conditions, discounts, quality KPI’s, SLA’s, 3PP standards, testing, fraud, settlements, etc.
* Provide continuous commercial support and prompt resolution of any commercial or operational issue escalations
* Prepare and Negotiate the commercial framework and business cases for existing and prospective accounts
* Sell new products/services and lead commercial negotiations through to contract signing.
Expanding the footprint to connect the next Billion mobile users by enhancing Vodafone's enterprise collaborations:
* Expanding the enterprise footprint for the region through Partnering with other operators (telecom and non telecom).
* Expansion of wholesale operating model on Vodafone non majority owned operators by empowering them with new
technology and services and focusing on mobile data and mobile money (mPesa) solutions.
ACHIEVEMENTS :
* Reduction of outbound costs for all local Markets by $3M/year and increase of the inbound revenue by $5M/year.
* Rate reduction from AA14 to an average of cost to carry and implementation of TAP settlement with all Partner Markets.
* Exceeding score results on team engagement and team management across Vodafone Roaming Services.
* Customer interaction role awarded with Customer Excellence. Consistently rated in top 10% best performers.
* Responsible for successful launch of high speed/QoS MBB product, Mobile Device Management platforms, Smartphones
