Fully responsible for the manning and cleanliness of the
Butler Pantry.
 Ensures that each area is correctly stocked & operationally
prepared at all times according to set standards.
 Maintains seamless interaction with guests in order to
facilitate guest recognition, obtain preferences, anticipate
guest needs and proactively action all their requests &
requirements. Also, ensures the privacy and security of all
the suite guests.
 Maintains a full & comprehensive knowledge of the products
and services available in the SBU, other Jumeirah properties
and the local area.
 Carries out guest registration, (possibly) cashiering and
other administrative tasks as per the standard.
 Inspects and Sets Up the arrival and occupied suites as per
the guest preferences in accordance with the set standards.
 Maintains together with Mini Bar Services a full control over
the Private Bar Inventory including Replenishment, and
Control on par stock as per the standard.
 Abides by all hotel and company policies and procedures
including Health & Safety policies, Butler’s Grooming
standards, punctuality/ attendance procedures and Quality
standards.
 Updates all guest registration details as per Profile Quality
standards and properly files all dockets
 Solely responsible for attending to all guest requests &
feedback.
 Coordinates and liaises with all concerned departments in
order to ensure smooth operations
 Handles electrical equipment and provides Food &
Beverage service.
 Prepares a comprehensive Itinerary for guests for the
duration of their stay as per the specifications and
preferences of the respective guests
 Promotes Sirius loyalty program to all guests

Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging
service.
- Be available for Guests at all times as a point of contact.
- Actively represent all standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection
program, and interact with guests using the coffee and dates
station.
- Plays vital part in the Rotana Service Distinction program, by
welcoming guests upon arrival to the hotel main door, escorting
guests to check-in point, attending to guests on queue, greeting
guests on their way to breakfast and inquire about their
satisfaction, and bidding farewell to departing guests at the hotel
main door.
-  Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests on queue while
waiting for their turn to check-in at the Front Desk.
- Extend personal service and attention to all Guests, with particular
emphasis to Club Rotana, VIP Guests, and Rotana Rewards
Guests.
- Proactively meet arriving guests at the main entrance and once
they exit their transportation.
-  Seeks out revenue opportunities such as taking restaurant
reservations, sales leads etc. 
-  Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
- Maintains and promotes up to date knowledge of the hotel and
local services and supply information and respond to Guest
queries
-  Be aware of all special offers, promotions, and packages at the
hotel to promote to guests
