Provide personal assistance to the Founder/ CEO of the company
• Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Maintain diary and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,
teleconferences, etc.

• Processing PRO services for employees and the office such as; visas, labour cards, contracts, renewal of
licenses (DSO & KHDA)
• Assist with recruitment for the company and handle on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
• Entrusted to handle confidential and sensitive situations in a professional matter
• Prepare presentations when needed (PowerPoint and Google Documents)
• Organising external and internal events
• Manage all personal tasks for CEO, such as; renewal of visas and passports for entire family and nanny,
renewal of all tenancy contracts and Ejari, and any day-to-day personal requirements
Provide personal assistance to the General Manager of the Hotel
• Maintain diary and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,
teleconferences, etc.
• Produce accurate office files, update spreadsheets, and craft presentations to support executives and boost
team efficiency
