Provide academic advising for students to facilitate their transition from school to universities. Organize academic activities such as College Fair and Career Fair; Follow up on all academic activities locally and abroad; Maintain a liaison contact with local government and foreign educational organizations; Representation; Orientation.
Professional Development resposibilities: Coordinate, plan and organize training and professional developmetn activites with local and foreign PD organizations for teachers and administrative staff.

I supervised and managed a huge translation project. It included 400 linguists. Responsibilities: Human resources, recruitment and training; Overall supervision, management and administrative services; Leadership and strategy; Reporting; Representation; Monitoring and evaluation; Orientation; Policy and planning.
Various assignments, most importantly, I worked as a Consultant Tanslator with International Federation of Red Cross, and with British Quality Assurance Agency on quality assurance missions at Jordanian universities.
Prepared a guide to help students choose a course of study in foreign universities abroad; Students’ counseling and guidance; Participated in designing bilateral cultural agreements between Jordan and other countries; Coordinated educational activities between the Ministry and international organizations such as UNESCO. Coordinated all activities between the Ministry and public universities. Manitained a research data of all public universities.
I worked for the Ministry of Higher Education in various positions. I was first appointed as a researcher and was promoted to be a Cultural Counselor at Embassy of Jordan/Athens as stated before. I also taught English and did many translation assignments.
Please note I worked with the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan from 11/1986-9/2002 in various positions. I was seconded to this post by the Ministry to this diplomatic post with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Jordan.
Resposibilities: Developed the cultural agreement between Jordan and Greece; Initiated and developed liaison contacts with Greek officials; Supported delegations on missions; Represented Jordan in public events; Supervised Jordanian students' educational activities; Maintained financial records and carried out procurement activities of the office; Initiates and developed a scientific and technological agreement between Jordan and Greece.
I was seconded to this post by the Ministry of Higher Education.
