Core Team - Assigned as one of the core team for migration of SAP new
version (from SAP 8 to SAP 9). Tasked to monitor and ensure smooth
migration of data from old version to new version. Conducts training for all
the 13 branches regarding the features and new process of data encoding.
➢ Branch Accountant - Bacolod, Gensan, Davao, and Iloilo Branch
o Supervises the branch personnel (Accounting Assistant & Accounting
Staff) and monitors compliance to proactive standard operating
procedures.
o Branch payroll in Charge (attendance only)
o Maintain accuracy and validity of General Ledger entries
o Ensure all sales collection and remittances are accounted and deposited
intact.
o Enforces resolution of hanging balances
o Enforces resolution of weekly inventory variance
o Performs administrative work (recruitment, inter-office memoranda -
signed by all concern emp., office management, performance appraisal,
clearance and benefits coordination to HR)
o Enforces compliance to company SOP
o Assures the accuracy, validity and completeness of encoded collection
/ remittances of salesman
o Monitors approved credit limit, terms of the customer and maintain
updated records

o Reviewed Company transaction and check if it is complied with FTA
regulation.
o VAT filing.
o Establish accounting process for proper recognition of Input VAT and
Output VAT.
o Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts for UAE and KSA.
o Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliations.
o Prepare accrual entries and check transactions per line item accounts
for monthly closing of P&L and Balance Sheets.
o Receivable Reconciliation.
o Preparing SOAs for the suppliers.
