Contributes to Crepaway success by leading a team to create & maintain the Crepaway Experience for our customers & Staff members. Regularly & customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising & directing the workforce, making staffing decisions ensuring customer satisfaction & product quality, managing the store's financial performance, & managing safety & security within the store, inventory management, Modeling & acting in accordance with Crepaway guiding principles.
•Maximize sales & ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.
•Display a customer-comes-first attitude by training & holding staff members accountable for delivering legendary customer service.
•Drive the implementation of company program by developing action plans & directly motivating & instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational &Organizational objectives.
•Organizes work throughout the store to deliver efficient, speedy customer service and profitable operation.
•Manage a team including; in store training, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
•Plan, identify, communicate, & delegate appropriate responsibilities & practices to staff members to ensure smooth flow of Operations.
•Count, check, manage inventory of the store on monthly basis & insure par level followed carefully
•Monitor the store financial reports, budget planning, labour cost, petit cash replenishment, P&L reports, promo budget, Qsa and Ccf reports.
•Ensure good grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in floor area.
•Report the needs of regular maintenance and upkeep of the floor and its equipment.
•Monitor the floor staff schedule, attendance, section rotation, duties, performance, training and leaves and participate in their coaching, appraisal and development opportunities.
•Initiate aggressive interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests and handling their complaints.
•Report the floor state of operation to the manager providing advice for possible improvement.
