As an Human Resources Officer I am currently responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing and employee counseling.

My duties included:
Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.

• My job role is mainly assisting the CEO and CFO in the following:

• I coordinate the CEO and CFO schedule, appointments, reservations and the extensive travel arrangements.

• I orgnise all the meetings and logistics with the Shareholders here in Qatar and in Europe.

• I assist with the preparation of the business presentations, for the management meetings that take place monthly. I also assist the CFO with preparing the figures and payroll each month.
• I prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails.
• I am the social coach for the executive management team and corporate team and organise monthly get together’s and team building actives and encourage team bonding.
• I also file and retrieve corporate documents and records and reports
• I meet and great all the CEO and CFO visitors and determine whether they should be given access for meetings etc.
• I handle all the Shareholder Agreements and PoA for the company.
• I handle all requests within the corporate department for RP, Exit Permits, IT request and all issues for the delegates who move to Qatar.
