•Inspecting all types of waterproofing from raft foundation to roof for underground station, evacuation shafts, cross passages and underpass-NATM
•Inspecting post-concrete for defect assessment and repair works as per MS requirements.
•Inspecting the tunnel segment installation, assessing the defects and preparing the assessment reports for the repair.
•Involving site inspection for underpass-NATM (New Austrian Tunnelling Method) such as excavation and support works (Pipe umbrella installation, shotcreting, rocknail grouting, niche filling and profiling), formwork for inner-lining, rebar installation.
•Checking of concreting for slump flow, slump and temperature and verifying the delivered concrete as per approved design mix along with the required number of samples.
•Involving site inspection for architectural work such as Non-bearing block work installation, lintel and stiffener beams, plastering, un-bonded/bonded floor screed, upstands and plinths, painting (Emulsion, epoxy and anti-dust sealer), dry wall, vault, wall cladding, petal ceiling installation and tunnel walkway installation
•Attending various site inspection with client and consultant as per project protocol.
•Well versed with QCS2010(Qatar Construction Specifications), BS and BS EN
•Verifying the agreed proposed remedial action, cause and proposed action to prevent recurrence from Station Manager.
•Maintaining QA/QC documents of entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, Site inspection requests, Material inspection request, non-compliance reports, site observation reports and other QA/QC documents.
•Preparing Snag list for finished work with client’s representative along with the site Manager by mobile online SNAGR and making summary for complete/incomplete activities.

Project Involvement:

•Metro-Greenline Underground project, Qatar
•(The project comprises of 7 underground stations, 2 Switch boxes and 6 Evacuation shafts along with 16.6Km of tunnel and 7 km of elevated metro. And the project value is 2.5Bn USD)
•One of seven packages included in phase one of the wider Doha Metro, which will be operational before the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022. This project consists of 16.6km of twin-bored tunnels built at a depth of 20 meters. The line spans from Mesheireb (Central Station) through to Education City and on to Al Rayyan and track will run underground. The Green Line Project is also known as the Education Line due to the fact it will run through the Qatar Educational Institute. Twin Bored Tunnel: 16.6 km total length passing through three major stations. Station Boxes: 6 nos. with a total length of 2.8 km Evacuation Shafts: 6 nos. along the alignment. Cross Passages: 55 nos. underground between the two tunnels Tunnel Ring Segments: 20, 586 pcs. of precast segments. Tunnel Boring Machines: 6 nos. (Dia.=7.1m, L=110m) operating simultaneously
