PPLM Industrial Corporation is an established construction firm based in the Philippines specializing in industrial civil works and maintenance. Major clients are San Miguel Corporation Group of Companies, Coca Cola Philippines and Dole Philippines.
As Project Manager the responsibilities it carries are but not limited to operational management, major stakeholder’s management, sourcing of materials and services suppliers, cost control, resources scheduling, preparing and finalizing bids, including preparation and finalizing claim. All in keeping the project delivery on time, on budget, in compliance to required quality and safety standards. Represents company management at project meetings and contracts negotiations.
Syarikat Perdasa is a general contractor for the oil and gas industry undertaking projects tendered out by Brunei Shell, Brunei LNG and Total.
Responsible for all construction planning, preparation and execution, liaison with multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, logistics and the general public. Review subcontractor bids, drawings, specifications and contracts. Focused on ensuring staff are properly prepared, planning ahead to prevent problems onsite, developing the program of works and strategies, analyzing costs, quality, scheduling and safety.
