-PLANNING and ORGANIZING ( Assessment; Plan of care and establishment of priorities; RE-assessment and evaluation; Proper documentation)
-CARE DELIVERY ( In accordance to the Standard Nursing Care; Proper health education and teachings; Proper PPE implementation; Promotion of patient safety and safe environment; Practice standard infection control; Monitors and document patient compliance to medication and its side effect; Transcultural Nursing; Proper legal practice and promotion of patient rights)
-MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES (Stock Auditing; Preventive Property Maintenance; Quality Control; Care and maintenance of equipments)
-COMMUNICATION ( Therapeutic communication on all members of healthcare members and clients; SBAR implementation in patient hand over; Doctor's rounds assistance and End-of-shift reporting)
