• Provide good customer service in dealing Clients regarding their request transactions (Dubai Government documents clearing /DED Licensing and permits / Ministry of Labor/Immigration - Visa Processing, Pension, JAFZA and TECOM)
• Handling PRO Department and act as a central point of contact between employees and clients.
Supports operations by planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails, front office management and interaction with clients. And responsible in the proper recording and safe keeping of the documents inside the office
• Performs Administrative duties for executive management. screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports
• Assist the CEO for personal work and HR department for recruitment and selection.
