Managing the coordination of advertising for the publication as well as the printing and distribution, secretarial, invoices, coordination of payments.
• Contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.
• Maintaining sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
• Performing or delegating various tasks, such as making or confirming reservations, verifying and collecting guests' payments, issuing room keys and contacting housekeeping or maintenance when guests report a problem.
• Maintaining all essential front desk equipment and supplies, as well as controlling guests' access to safe deposit boxes.
• Responsible for registering cash-related operations to make sure no error is made, payment processing, as well as results of transaction with customers.
• Answering phone calls, making announcements on internal notices system, act on behalf of the company to provide customer services
• Ensure that all guests receive a courteous welcome upon check-in, proper shift handover, revising and overseeing the shift duties list.
• Supervise and coordinate room assignment with concerned front office sections and other hotel departments; ensuring that billing instructions are clear; ensuring proper key control
• Teach students and then supervise them as they engage in projects as groups or as individuals.
• Keeping parents directly in the loop by initiating periodic meetings and informing them about what their children are learning at school
