• Keep track of all ministry tenders, which relate to Outsource, maintenance and services published in CTC web site and Kuwait today.
• Report to manager about the launched tenders in summarized form and get approval for participation if it meets company business interest and keep record of them regardless of participation or not.
• Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates.
• Coordinating, Screening resumes and applications for suitability.
• Conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
• Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided and get approval from manager.
• Prepare job offer letter for the selected candidates for the tender and collect all related documents and up to date CV.
• Prepare contracts for the hired staff for the project and channel it to the required department and/or management.
• Increasing MTS profile to reach a broader and wider market of candidates.
• Finding new, innovating and creative ways to make MTS an appealing and desirable company to work for, especially for future and recent candidates.
• Making advertising campaign on LinkedIn, Bayt.com and Facebook and other portals.
• Working with the Administration Manager to ensure that MTS conforms to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices.
• Handling some administrative duties related to hiring, salary, emergency leave and annual leave for outsource staff.
• Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from internet site resources.
• Excellent computer literacy and application skills in desktop computing including, MS Outlook, MS Office applications and other commonly used office productivity tools
