- Meets and greets visitors, ensures they are signed in and inducted,
- Performs general administration duties, photocopying and filing,
- Deals with any inquiries at the reception and monitors and maintain stationary stock and orders when required,
- Verifies accuracy of inter-company and transfers transaction to the ledger,
- Prepares invoices on a daily basis and ensure the accuracy of rates applied,
- Sends monthly Statement of Account to respective travel agents and ensure that payments are received as per terms of credit,
- Allocates payments received to respective invoices.
Worked as part of the Executive Office and support the Resort Director of Finance.
- Provides general secretarial/administration support to the Resort Director of Finance,
- Answers and screens telephone calls and face to face inquiries,
- Produce board meeting papers, agendas and facilities for meetings,
- Scheduling of meetings - Internal Business Reviews, Supervisors and Inter-department meeting.
Worked as part of the branch team and support the Restaurant Manager.
- Handles reservation for parties, group activities and events.
- Assists in organizing and conducting activities and games for the event.
- Welcomes escorts and assist the guests to their table ensuring that everything in their table has been prepared and well arranged.
