Network infrastructure design and implementation and PABX system of new office.Configuration of DNS, DHCP, Windows servers and Active Directory. Dynamics AX administration and support. Work with Dynamics vendor in all aspects of ERP system. Train and support staff on all modules of AX.
Responsible for taking Inbound/Outbound calls for guests, staff and maintenance needing assistance with high-speed internet access connection, monitor network devices and troubleshoot with maintenance over the phone any non-functioning network devices such as switches, servers and access points. As a Team Lead, I am responsible for the performance of the whole team which entails constant monitoring of individual team members, assessment of each team members call quality and assisting them with troubleshooting while on a live call. A part of my responsibility includes weekly and monthly reports on the performance of the whole team which is submitted to my immediate superior.
Part of a team of programmers tasked with debugging and improving an existing applications software designed for rural banks. Responsible for installing/updating application software in client companies and training clients on how to use the software.
Responsible for developing in-house software applications with a team of programmers hired for this purpose. Became exposed to the full development life cycle of applications software.
My first course was BS Mathematics(Computer Science) and then I shifted to pure BS Computer Science once it was finally a part of the school program in my 3rd year in college
