Airtel sites, where over 500 sites were successfully completed in 2010 and

Multilinks switche at Ibadan and Asaba Nigeria in 2010
Handled construction of 33KV power transmission line construction across
lagoon at kirikiri and Ibasa in Lagos state with the line stringing and
commissioning

Controlling logistics arrangements for the deployment of materials and

Handled the 33KV transmission line water crossing at Snake island in Lagos
state‐2012.
Handled the relocation of 20 nos of 33KV line relocation along Lagos‐
Badagary expressway due to road expansion for the light rail project.‐2011.

• 1. Implement preventive & corrective maintenance system for all the equipment, ensuring maximum up-time for all the equipment.

Generate and adhere to R&M budget & CAPEX proposals. 3 Create daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports, monitor operations and equipment health 4.Maintain equipment history cards, plan upgrade and replacement of the equipment 5.Generate drawings for a new modification/improvement plan, incorporate technical improvements for efficiency increase.

Achievements:
1. I handled a project of setting up a facility for an experience customer care center worth $300, 000 in Durban South Africa with the job accomplishments of vendors selection, materials/equipment procurement and implementation of the project within the scheduled time line and quality delivery, saving the company huge cost that would have arisen from renewal of rent at the previous location and failure to satisfy clients promised commitments.
2. I did the setting up of MTN call center in Tema Ghana with the job requirements of new location search that will suit the company’s values, good working environment at cheapest possible cost and also assessment and selection of the vendors intended to carry out the work, management of the cost, quality, timely delivery of the project and site handover to the operation department.
3. I handled the setting up of Airtel call center at Niamey Niger Republic with the job requirements of existing facility assessment, materials harnessing and reuse, project management and site handover to operations that saved the company huge cost by not having to procure entirely new materials/equipment, Also, working environment made to be much more conducive at a reduced cost and good quality.
4. I managed the data center and call center facilities and though consistent efforts in which we achieved a huge reduction in the cost of operation within 1 year of facility management (up to 7% cost reduction) from what it is used to be whiles achieving better standard through innovative process, meeting up with clients expectations and ensuring employee satisfaction.
* RF installation in telecommunication cell sites(2G & 3G)
* Conducting sweep tests and using site master to trace RF related faults and
subsequent correction.
* Coordinating Projects‐cell site building, power access installations, telecoms
equipment installation, on various sites in the Northern part of Nigeria.

Successfully trained more than 30 MTN engineers (FSE & PO) on power
systems utilization, monitoring and control and troubleshooting of ATS/PIS
equipments
Successfully trained more than 20 sites sites engineers and riggers on safety
methods and rules on site work
Monitoring quality of work in the course of implementation.
On site check of compliance to rules and regulation on standard operation
procedures guiding work implementation on sites.

installation/troubleshooting/maintenance of equipments (RF, ATS, Generator, RBS,
Rectifier and transformer) in BTS, BSC and MSC sites owned by MTN Nig. Zain
Nig. Etisalat Nig. and Multilinks communications Nig.
* Technical site survey, producing the required designs and drawings using
AutoCAD.
