Achievements:
1. I handled a project of setting up a facility for an experience customer care center worth $300, 000 in Durban South Africa with the job accomplishments of vendors selection, materials/equipment procurement and implementation of the project within the scheduled time line and quality delivery, saving the company huge cost that would have arisen from renewal of rent at the previous location and failure to satisfy clients promised commitments.
2. I did the setting up of MTN call center in Tema Ghana with the job requirements of new location search that will suit the company’s values, good working environment at cheapest possible cost and also assessment and selection of the vendors intended to carry out the work, management of the cost, quality, timely delivery of the project and site handover to the operation department.
3. I handled the setting up of Airtel call center at Niamey Niger Republic with the job requirements of existing facility assessment, materials harnessing and reuse, project management and site handover to operations that saved the company huge cost by not having to procure entirely new materials/equipment, Also, working environment made to be much more conducive at a reduced cost and good quality.
4. I managed the data center and call center facilities and though consistent efforts in which we achieved a huge reduction in the cost of operation within 1 year of facility management (up to 7% cost reduction) from what it is used to be whiles achieving better standard through innovative process, meeting up with clients expectations and ensuring employee satisfaction.
