- Support MEA marketing team in design adaptation and implementation of international/regional strategies to local market
- Support the preparation of product launch plans for new products, and the forecasting of products sales on long, medium and short terms in assigned countries
- Train the sales force on product knowledge, new promotional tools,
- Track product market dynamics and competition
- Identify market research needs, maintains market information
- Accompany sales force on sales calls as appropriate for the purpose of following up on marketing messages, understanding the market and maintaining and developing active relationships with KOLs
- Organize/deliver product marketing events, in coordination with MEA Marketing management
- Managing and launching the anti-infective portfolio in the Middle East and North Africa
- Developing brand strategies and implementing innovative marketing plans.
- Guiding cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies, including promotional items, product development, production, regulatory, packaging, and quality managers
- Creating, organizing and providing needed training for the sales force.
- Following up on the legal registration of products
- Organizing activities and congresses with doctors related to field of work
- Taking on problem-solving sessions to identify gaps thus amending strategies accordingly
- Promote and launch the anti-infective product “Meronem” (meropenem), covering North, Beirut and north and south Metn.
- Follow up with more than 40 hospitals, mainly pharmacists, Infectious disease physicians, committee members, CEO, purchasing.
- Organize events, round tables and participate in regional congresses.
- Attend all Astrazeneca’s requested training and seminars & apply content in the field.
- Assure compliance to the code of ethics
- Business development and sales of the antifungal product and immunosuppressive molecule
- Cover all Lebanese territory (North, South, Bikaa, Beirut West & East, and Metn).
- Organize events, round tables and participate in regional congresses
- Promote Nutritional supplements (Vitabiotics: Osteocare, Ferroglobin, Pregnacare)
- Cover Ashrafieh plus north and south Metn areas
