As Account Director, through consulting excellence and project management lead strategic account direction to deliver high quality e-business strategies, solutions, tools and services to clients which enable them to achieve their Digital and Internet Marketing objectives.
Actively consult with clients regarding SEO, SEM, UX, Content, audience segmentation, technology selection and other issues and challenges confronting businesses pursuing a digital strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, increase average order size and visitor loyalty.
In addition to the above, I am a full stack developer, comfortable with both front and back end programming. I am responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
The Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage overall agency / client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives.
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies.
- Build teams, think strategically and develop successful client-agency relationships.
- Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy.
- Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.
- Utilize agile project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members.
- Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets.
- Developing front end website architecture.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Developing back end website applications.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
In the second semester, we had become an agency which provides solutions and develops an online presence to customers.
We had to be problem solvers that like a little bit of everything to help support and grow the team. Working on a variety of projects and with a variety of teams, we had to put out fires, help team members squash bugs, and collaborate with our strategy, creative, account leads and clients to create, develop and deliver digital marketing projects on a variety of digital platforms.
Most of the work required developing websites from scratch or using wordpress CMS and build templates.
As a smart TV application developer intern, I had to practice my expertise in HTML, CSS and javascript.
This was my first attempt in working professionally with a team and contact other companies for business requirements.
I also had to conceive, develop and test APIs, test applications and find solutions to bugs.
Studied, worked and enhanced my expertise in web development by applying the following languages: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and PHP.
I had the chance to participate in an exchange program between the Antonine University in Lebanon and the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne for 1 year.
