• Overseeing Al Fursan Housing Complex (Package 1 & Package 2) I am
managing and coordinating the Engineering and Supervision teams over 13 Million square
meter of area.

◦ Al Fursan Housing Complex, sprawling over 13 million square meter in North Riyadh,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, encompasses a comprehensive infrastructure including
residential and commercial buildings, villas, parks and recreation areas, and extensive
road and utility networks. This urban project, divided into 2 packages and 16 zones with
more then 30 developers, features a robust array of facilities with future extensions.
◦ Total Project budget exceeds 1.3 Billion SAR (350 Million USD$) for Infrasturcture
works ONLY.

Managing the wide areas with Drones, Tower Control (AI & BI powered dashboards) tools, digital
twins technologies, following 4D&5D simulations for project completion and targets.

Photogrammetry produced orthomosaics and point clouds; deliverables ingested into the CDE and
registered to project coordinates and use to flag deviations in trench depth, backfill volumes, and
reinstatement status without being present at the site.

• Overseeing Al Haer ISTP with 200 Mln/day treatment plant ($ 350M) in South Riyadh Region. I
managed and coordinated the Engineering group from WABAG Istanbul, WABAG Austria and
WABAG HQ, procurement with WABAG India and Construction at WABAG Riyadh
• Managing a cross-functional team of 180+ Subject Matter Experts in the team and managing all
the construction and project related issues with the Client & Operator directly.
• Streamlining the newest technology and using NEREDA system for the main treatment in
biological reactors along with 10 MVA PV SOLAR POWER Plant. Addition to that, 35-kilometer
TSE Pipeline along with 200, 000-m3 reservoir for the TSE Water with pumping facilities.
• The drone managed excavation and backfilling tools, Twin Digitals and 4D simulated project
control systems used

• Spearheaded the first Casino Resort (WYNN Al Marjan Resort) in GCC with the hotel, VIP Villas
and its infrastructure including the district cooling plant connections, Chilled water pipelines,
and other primary, secondary and tertiary infrastructure components. I am overseeing planning,
and execution phases as the Project Director and Sr. Resident Engineer.
• Managing a cross-functional team of 85+ Subject Matter Experts in the team and reporting all
the construction and project related issues to the Client directly.

• Spearheaded a 242-hectare infrastructure & city development for housing project to
accommodate 35, 000 people in 7 different packages, for the Ministry of Housing & Urban
Planning, Kingdom of Bahrain, overseeing budgeting, planning, and execution phases as the
Project Director and Clients Represantative.
• Streamlined innovative project management and training strategies, enhancing team efficiency
by 25%.
• Directed cross-functional collaboration initiatives to propel project teams towards early
milestone achievements; instrumental leadership resulted in a notable 22% enhancement in
