- Performing training needs analysis, identifying the performance gaps by utilizing ADDIE model to strategically link the learning and development activities with company’s business goals.
- Developing competencies and company culture by setting up standards aligned with the company strategy. Prepared and re-designed existing HR&LD forms and policies along with L&D Modules and on-line team site.
- Designing and creating training materials, guides and policies in line with L&D concept, business strategy and needs assessment.

- Developed and conducted a-3-day Train the Trainer program; led and coached 20 departmental trainers.
- Improved company-wide quality assurance scores from 83% to 92% within a span of six months by regularly conducting, coaching, calibration and training sessions.
