Key Responsibilities
• Prepare annual sales & profitability forecasts as well as operating budgets
• Upgrade and align production facility to meet dynamic market requirement and develop production team to meet targets
• Plan, formulate, implement, organize, direct and control operations to achieve set standards in cost, quality, productivity & efficiency; while setting priorities/goals/timeline and allocating resources
• Plan production capacity, required equipment/materials/manpower to produce different products within the schedule
• Review the shop drawing prior to approval of consultant and start of production
• Steer team efforts to generate business and income from various sources (private & government) to achieve the yearly target
• Manage pre sales operations including client presentations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiations
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues, and train and motivate production team to achieve highest standards in productivity
• Implement programs and policies and provide training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients
• Execute factory manufacturing strategic plan and align it with general plant strategy, and enforce QC & Cost Control programs
• Oversee procurement function and suggest measures to bring down procurement cost without compromising on quality
• Track and review performance levels of team members, and identify training needs to raise performance levels
• Liaise with Board Members responsible for production & projects, and prepare periodic management reports for Board members
• Coordinate schedules with Project site team to ensure on timedelivery, and follow up & control execution activities
• Develop maintenance and preventive programs for the production, and ensure safe work environment
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules and critical path as needed

1. Preparation of yearly budget and cost analysis.
2. Generate the business and income from various sources (private and government section) in order to achieve the yearly target.
3. Attend client visit to provide technical advice and assisting Commercial Department to secure new project.
4. Preparation of project calendar and marketing budget.
5. Upgrade the factory facility to achieve the current market requirements, trouble shooting on shop floor issues, training and motivating subordinates optimum utilization of machineries and manpower.
6. Responsible for all joinery factory functional departments and all quality assurance, budget and cost management.
7. Planning, formulating, implementing, organizing, controlling, and directing operation activities.
8. Preparing weekly report to the Board members.
9. Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
10. Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client.
11. Ensuring the effectual adopting of new programs and policies and providing training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients.
12. Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy.
13. Controlling and supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
14. Direct the procurement team and ensure achieving the best quality and prices.
15. Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.
