- Conduct site visits, site meetings and periodical review meetings to understand and ensure work progress as per schedule and resolve any issues which may hamper the progress of the project.
- Closely monitor the cost and time schedules with an eye on cost optimization and savings on budgeted cost and expediting the project ahead of schedule.
- Ensure coordination between all disciplines to drive the project to the agreed schedule on a day to day basis to ensure successful project delivery of the major milestones.
- Initiate protocol for the testing and commissioning of systems and coordinate with clients to witness the testing and evaluation of the project.
- Scrutiny of claim documents put up by the contractors and issue of provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) or final acceptance certificate (FAC), depending on the merit.
- Perform contract closure activities after ensuring the project has addressed all the terms/ conditions and fully met the exit criteria.
