· Responsible for strategic property portfolio planning and implementation including real estate transactions and delivery of cost effective and quality space for staff and customers

· Managing multiple projects across all areas of responsibility

· Management of internal key stakeholder relationships and CRE external third party partners and vendors

· Working closely with Regional CRE to ensure compliance with Group operating model, policy standards and requirements including the management of operational risk

· General management of the CRE cost base

· Acting as Country Health and Safety Coordinator
