•Analyze and interpret financial information of the client to evaluate client’s financial position and make decision on providing loans.
•Analyzing customer applications to asses credit worthiness & viability, payment history earnings and savings information to minimize the risks and make effective decisions.
•Coordinating with internal corporate support distribution channels such as finance/ central OPS, etc in order to deliver efficient and effective service for clients.
•Identify sales opportunities and act as a specialist adviser and relationship manager, which meet customer needs.
•Operate internal systems and procedures (e.g. application procedures, credit scoring and counter procedures) to ensure that retail service and quality standards are met, in line with the Bank’s requirements.
* Develop and manage collections and credit programs
* Supervise inquiry of credit risk in clients and providers and observe the collection of totals due to association and handle the daily activities of Collection teams
* Plan collection policies and processes and check its implementation
* Encourage and train the subordinates, appraise and evaluate Team member's performance and offering counseling
