• Planning and implementation preventive scheduled maintenance.
• Manpower planning and work allocation
• Maintenance of AC, DC & SERVO drives Siemens (MM440, G120, 6RA80) & answer drive.
Also, instrumental in maintaining high Frequency CFI welder (300-600 KW).
• Handle the Safety audit Conduct by TATA STEEL and Close the compliance If any.
• Critical electrical spare parts handling.
• Maintenance of PCC, MCCB, PDB, MLDB & other Panel’s on Weekly, Monthly and annually
basis.
• Preparing & maintain the ISO and safety audit documentation.
• Root cause analysis (breakdown analysis)
Job & Responsibility
• Handle all Electrical breakdown as a shift Engineer as per our work culture.
• Handled all breakdown and make sure that all the machine run with Full Efficiency.
• Having knowledge of HT breaker, Power factor panel, DG & Compressor.
• Pre-maintenance, record of breakdown.
• Participating in Installation & Commissioning new projec
