•Pre- commissioning activates walk through & P&ID checking.
•Proficient in carrying out testing/inspection for varies system/equipments/Process as well as handing commissioning/ pre-commissioning start-up and documentation.
•Review and approve PFD and P&ID, any issues with respect to design to be highlight and Process alternative solutions.
•Prepare commissioning procedures for approval and make sure the commissioning activates shall carry out according to procedures & develop system wise.
•Perform follow up Process punch point & generate punch point list clearance Procedure for later field use.
•Managing interfaces with contractors for anything related to commissioning of the project.
•Planning with commissioning leader to establish commissioning start-up network priorities and durations, supervising commissioning/start-up activities of Process items/ systems.
•Establish a strong working relationship with the various engineering, construction and commissioning departments and with the client’s operations and start up team members.
•Responsible for P&ID conformity checks witnessing/ensuring loop checking activities for all control system.
•Plant start-up and shutdown activities, establish commissioning/ start-up review of central control system, P&ID, PFD and check for any abnormalities and reporting to senior engineer, concerned department.
•As a
Project- BS-VI with M/s. Engineers India limited Licensor.
Unit - DHDT, NHT, SRU
Project- Green field Project with M/s. UOP Honeywell, ABB Lemus, Chevron Limmus Global (CLG), Axens, Shell Global, and DuPont. Licensor.
