Coordination with Architects, consultants in Designing and awarding contracts to contractors and ensuring implementation of projects with quality and timely completion.
Coordination with Govt agencies and Statutory authorities related to project permissions etc.,
Managing Pan India offices - Facility Management, Project Management, Vendor Management, Security Management, Cafeteria Management, Transport & Travel Management, procurement, HSE & CSR .
Job Role: Infra structure projects, Facilities & Logistics all locations
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Physical & Environmental Security, House keeping, Canteen, transport logistics, EM equipments - Amc’s, Work centre Management, guest House etc.,
Vendor Management: Identify the vendors, appointing the vendors, review SLA’s, service rendered etc.,
Statutory compliance: Ensure all relevant approvals in place as per business requirements.
Internal & External Customers: User depts., Employees, Clients, Visitors etc.,
Policies and Process improvements: Review and update the Facility standards documents, SOP, OPG audits, Client Audits, ISO Audits etc.,
MIS Reporting: Work centre Management, Highlights & Lowlights, Risks etc.,
F&L operations:
Ensuring upkeep of facilities and hygienic environment
a) Facilities Repairs & maintenance carried out on timely basis
b) Ensuring Environment friendly materials used in house keeping etc.,
c) Safe disposal of waste generated in the facility
d) Replacement of defective spares, aged equipments as recommended by the manufacturers.
e) Tracking the staff deployed by vendors at site & reporting if services are hampered/ disrupted etc.,
Ensuring Zero downtime of equipments
a) Ensuring all equipments are covered under AMC
b) Services are carried out as per AMC/service failure calls
c) Notify concerned for such failures which is not under control
d)Ensure alternate arrangements in place for any major repairs/ breakdown
Awarding AMC to vendors with stringent SLA’s
a.New vendors deployed at site are based on profile checks
b.The staffs deployed are screened based on skills etc.,
c.SLA’s are signed off prior to start of AMC and is followed strictly
