b) Ensuring Environment friendly materials used in house keeping etc.,
c) Safe disposal of waste generated in the facility
d) Replacement of defective spares, aged equipments as recommended by the manufacturers.
e) Tracking the staff deployed by vendors at site & reporting if services are hampered/ disrupted etc.,
Ensuring Zero downtime of equipments
a) Ensuring all equipments are covered under AMC
b) Services are carried out as per AMC/service failure calls
c) Notify concerned for such failures which is not under control
d)Ensure alternate arrangements in place for any major repairs/ breakdown
Awarding AMC to vendors with stringent SLA’s
a.New vendors deployed at site are based on profile checks
b.The staffs deployed are screened based on skills etc.,
c.SLA’s are signed off prior to start of AMC and is followed strictly
