Job Profile
• Manage and control contracts preparation and related documentations including interfacing with various business units, in close consultation with General Manager & Business Development Manager
• Formulate tender strategies, analyze tender prices, financial reports, and other data to arrive at reasonable prices
• Analyze contractual/commercial/confidentiality agreement and other transactional documents, project terms and conditions, etc. to ensure compliance with policies/directives/intents and business objectives
• Acting as focal person for negotiation and finalization of contracts, variations.
• Ensure tender compliance with Bid Bond, Bank Statements, Insurance and Parent Company Guarantee requirements
• Prepare, review and sign all contract correspondences in accordance and compliance with specified company standards
• Monitor and improve license/distributor agreements, confidentiality agreement, gas supply agreement and appropriate operation and maintenance renewals agreement as needed.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve contractual differences and communicate pertinent information to customer
• Assess, interpret and recommend acceptance, revisions & exceptions to contracts and contract modifications/amendments to ensure that prices, delivery schedules, specifications and terms & conditions are consistent with those quoted and/or negotiated
• Review internal work‐order/hand‐over package issued to project management team to ensure clarity on scope and agreed T&C
• Provide guidance over timely issuance of Guarantees/Bonds (advance /performance), customer billings, and collections
• Assist in proposing and negotiating contract modifications/amendments for revising work scope, prices, deliveries and/or other contract provisions
• Ensure team update the sales information on CRM, generate sales report on monthly basis using CRM for management review
• Develop and implement contracts training to relevant staff and site managers

• Efficiently managed multiple customer relationships as Contracts Lead for contracts ranging in size from AED 5, 000 - AED 20, 000, 000 with major commercial and government clients.
• Managed, monitored and guided on an average over 250 construction contracts, over 200 maintenance contracts renewals, over 200 gas supply and operation contracts renewals, over 5 design contracts annually and 2 design build operate contracts in addition to several proposals, major tenders, variation contracts.
