• Development and implementation sales plans & strategies
• Search, identify and build up long term business relations with key customers
in the region (Oil& Gas, civil and industrial constructions), consultants,
architects, and developers.
• Establish and maintain business contacts with agents and distributors.
• Prepare technical-commercial offers to customers base on project
specifications and customers specific requirements
• Ensure marketing activities to promote products and solutions for final
customers, specifiers, EPC.
• Provide technical support to the customers in cooperation with back office
technical team
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, develop new business
channels/segments.
• Commercial and technical negotiations with all customers levels.
• Business process communication with back office: logistic, customer service,
finance, marketing.
• Manage and guide distributors for better performance to develop the markets
and gain more market share.

• Ordering products that market needs in different sector of construction and
industrial.
• Managing a multiple channel distribution around African territory.
• Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations for
customers.
• Ensuring sales staff complies with company policies, procedures,
and practices.
• In charge of a large department and staff.
• Product positioning in the Marketplace through strategic pricing & launching time etc.
• Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill sales positions.
• Coaching, counseling, and developing sales representatives.
• Establishing trust and a good relationship with all key clients.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and
provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Manage company participation in the Exhibitions and international fairs.
• Knowledge of International markets climate.
•Travelling experience to Africa (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal,
Gambia, Guinea equatorial, Mozambique, Mauritania, Ethiopia, Ivory coast) &
ME countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)
• Knowledge markets and competitors identify and develop the company’s
unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Preparation all documents needed for tenders & projects on targeted
country Standard
• Leading and training other members of the account team.
• Managing the work of account executives.
• Leading project management activity.
• Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
• Handle complains and solve technical problems,
• Price and tender negotiation with decision makers in designed markets,
