• Responsible for promoting and advocating for the Rights of the Child in alignment with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

• Lead team leader for an enumerators team to organize work on field during Lebanese Red Cross/IOM Multisectoral Needs Assessment (MSNA) for household impacted by Beirut Port Explosion collecting more than 20, 000 surveys.

• Managed work on Migrant Presence Monitoring (MPM) project requiring handling urgent situations and instant meetings with governors through proper time management and efficient assessment of all situations, improving migrants’ livelihood.

• Collaborated in distributing Japanese funds during the Cash for Work (CFW) projects to local partners ensuring a continuity in the IOM projects.

• Displayed verification assessments for Syrian refugee and host community populations identified as in need of cash assistance; assessments encompassed more than 100 families.

• Led Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) assessments with IOM Cash-Based Intervention
beneficiaries in accordance with tools and methodologies under the IOM Basic Assistance Unit.

• Directed distribution of Cash-Based assistance to victims of the Beirut Port Explosion benefitting more than 250 families.

• Regulated in maintaining Basic Assistance files, under supervision of the Basic Assistance Officer.

• Conducted referrals of identified cases on field to the IOM Basic Assistance unit, and reinforced in
ensuring referrals were well documented and referred on time.

• Analyzed extensive research about the Lebanese political and economic relations before reporting to the ambassadors.

• Provided Legal consultancy and opinion on contemporary issues.

• Contacted hundreds of Lebanese Diaspora with the aim of planning their return to Lebanon.

• Planned for the 2019 LDE event held in Beirut aiming to greet the Lebanese Diaspora.
