programme departments - economic recovery and livelihoods, protection, partnerships,
and social stability
• Economic recovery and livelihoods - oversaw the introduction of new programme
approaches and activities, including value chain and market-based programming focused
on job creation
• Labour market assessment (LMA) - oversaw the LMA conducted in three locations across
Bekaa; first primary data collection assessment conducted by DRC Lebanon in three years
• Supported Economic recovery team with the implementation of conditional cash grants
and business development support to 12 small- and medium enterprises in Bekaa- been part
of the selection of businesses, field visit to businesses and the development of business
grants agreement
• Protection -Manage the overall implementation of CP, GBV, Legal, protection monitoring

financial forecast meetings and updating regularly the strategic fit and capacity assessment

and good governance throughout the project cycle by regular coordination with technical
coordinators during which I was part of the design of a gender analysis for Bekaa projects

• Led on assessments, KAP surveys, hygiene voucher distributions and monitoring activities
• Led on the design of a complaint mechanism that allows people of concern to raise their
complaints and receive feedback
• Led on procurement plan development for the public health promotion activities and
