after any crisis, in the area of middle east, I may be deployed as a Site scene director

• Organizing training programs and curricula and monitoring their implementation.
• Assess the level of skills of individuals to determine the need for new training courses (TNA).
• Attends exercises and maneuvers and supervises their implementation.
• Coordinate with the units benefiting from the school's contributions to determine educational needs and develop annual programs.
• Identify gaps in the educational system and work to address them.
• Prepare the SOPs for training procedures, set security and precaution instructions in the implementation of practical exercises.
• Coordinate training with foreign teams according to the needs of the beneficiary units and the capabilities of these teams.

Main duties and Main achievements:
•Collect, screen and handle information and evidence in accordance with standard operating procedures.
•Lead sensitive and complex interviews which require specialist skills and considerable experience such as the interview of particularly vulnerable witnesses, high level suspects and important overview witnesses.
•Undertake the review and analysis of gathered materials and actively contribute to evidence review and the disclosure process.
•Advise the Investigation Team Leader on investigation procedures and techniques to be used;
•Participate in the preparation and timely review of investigation plans.
•Manage contacts with external persons including victims, witnesses and intermediaries;
•Plan, participate and lead field missions.
•Take responsibility for the development of leads and avenues of investigation.
•Support the Team Leader in ensuring quality control, timely execution of tasks and full compliance with established practices in one or more core functions of the team.
•Provide expert advice on how to use existing international and other networks to further the investigations.
•Support the Division in the development and implementation of strategic objectives and operational standards.
•Knowledge of the requirements of international criminal law concerning the elements of crimes and modes of liability

Main duties:
•Operate, monitor, Lead and manage the forensic laboratory experts and technicians.
•Be responsible for the day-to-day planning of laboratory activities.
•Develop the Quality Management System and maintain a continuous update.
•Develop and execute training plans to qualify new technicians and experts and update the level of existing personnel.
•Screen and examine digital and physical forensic evidence (blood, semen, saliva, bodily fluid stains, electronic devices…)
•Ensure the respect of the chain of custody in the evidences management (identification, collection, packaging, storage, transport and examination)
•Ensure the evidence security, contamination avoidance and proper analysis according to international standards and Lebanese laws.
•Analyze all results, make recommendations and compile reports to be used in courts.
•Coordinate with other Security Agencies and with Non-Governmental Organizations (ICRC ICMP-ICMPD) and Foreign Diplomatic and Military Agencies.
•Continuous update of policies and procedures (technical and administrative), continuous team improvement.
•Responsible for the communication with internal and external partners effectively to ensure work continuity and development. Main achievements:
•Developing an expansion plan for the forensic laboratory based on the needs and on the available funds.
•Setting technical specifications for laboratory equipment and selecting companies eligible to enter into tenders.
•Setting up and implementation of a lab Quality Management System.
•Establishing Standard Operation Procedures SOPs, best practice manuals investigation and analysis guidelines, executive instructions for the day-to-day running, safety measures and maintenance instructions for all lab sections.
•Creating Business development plans for different labs and branches.
•Writing technical guidelines' manuals related to the field.
•Delivering training about management and examination of digital and physical evidence to laboratory technicians and other audiences.
•Managing the recruitment procedure of new personnel.
•Setting up and supervising the proficiency and quality control testing of tests and instruments and reagents following international standards (ISO/IEC 17025 General requirements).
•Testifying and defending expertise reports executed by the forensic laboratory.

Certified Criminal Investigator (General Military prosecutor - Military Court - Discipline & Judicial Military Department - Army Command) Main duties:
•Review and assess complaints and allegations; formulate investigation plans, review and analyze all information to determine its relevance and reliability, prioritize cases (urgent, important…).
•Conduct interviews of staff and other involved parties, record interviews, obtain and analyze potential documentary and electronic evidence, conduct investigative research and determine the appropriate presentation of investigative results.
•Undertake investigations of potential violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
•Prepare recommendations for corrective action and improved controls and efficiency of the team, system and operations.
•Undertake and coordinate investigations into: alleged misconduct, malfeasance, fraud, mismanagement, corruption, waste of resources, abuse of authority…
•Supervise, mentor and manage the forensic and judicial teams: delegate assignments, plan, organize, prioritize, monitor and follow up the investigations, prepare plans and interviews,
•Advises and assists the Military Police Commander on criminal investigation procedures, defects and gaps, prepare recommendations for improved controls, effectiveness and efficiency of the Investigation team.
•Setting priorities, deadlines, standards and targets in accordance with set-up goals.
•Research and develop new techniques in the field.
•Adopt and Implement Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and work on capacity building in providing training on mass grave search, various methods of identification and data analysis, according the best international standards and the IHL.
•Write, analyse and explain Forensic reports, Provide evidence and testify in court.
•Support the Investigation Processes in Terrorist Issues and Operational Missions against Terrorist organizations.
•Provide forensic and investigation trainings on issues related to Crime Scene Investigation, Digital Forensic crimes, Dead Bodies Management and Document Security to diverse audiences (new teams, universities, judges...).
•Contribute towards maintaining an optimal team environment and ensuring continuous team improvement, guidance and supervision of staff, efficient and effective use of such resources in accordance with established policies.
