• New Product Launches: Organizing Launch meetings with Eminent International Speakers along with branding and follow up on field activities ( Lamisil Once, Excedrin Theraflu....).
• Sales Development: Increasing IMS OTC Market Share of Novartis Consumer health in Lebanon from 8% in 2008 to 9.8% in 2011 with a sales growth of 44% with an 18.3% for Lebanon OTC market Growth ( Year08 versus Year 11)
• Budget setting, forecasting and planning: Setting national and territorial budgets and setting the appropriate marketing and tactical plans to achieve them.
• Scientific meetings organization: Choosing and briefing of speakers, scientific program for weekend seminars and regional workshops.
• People development: Continuous coaching, projects delegation and constructive feedback through two way communication and action planning, talents recruitment.
• Networking: Very good field knowledge through a wide network of relations with Key Opinion Leaders Doctors and Pharmacies all over Lebanon, and Third Party Payers ( Army....).
• Supply chain Management, regulatory affair follow up.
• Coordination and auditing of all sales, finance and stock report generated from our distributors.

Develop, motivate and support my team in order to achieve sales and profitability objectives. Adapt the marketing plan to my territory (All Lebanon).
