In charge of acquiring and transferring LCB's Assets and Liabilities to SGBL relating to the due diligence for the external auditors and consulting company (cap Gemini)  
Review and control of the bank's liquidity and financial statements (B/S & I/S) on daily basis
Ensuring effective daily, monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting including key performance indicators
Maintaining reporting according to IAS, IFRS and managing external auditors demands
Ensuring compliance with regulators requirements (central bank, ministry of finance)
Review and monitoring the preparation of the Branches profitability on monthly basis
Preparation and consolidation of the bank's yearly budget (Branches and depts.) as well as the forecasted B/S and I/S
Preparation of the variance analysis (budget vs. actual)
Control of overall investments operations
Ensuring proper reconciliation between nostro and ledger
Reviewing of capital expenditures and monitoring of spending versus budget
Maintaining day to day internal control and preserving the integrity of the bank's system
Extensive involvement in launching new banking products (profitability )
Maintaining MIS reporting and dashboards
Maintaining and controlling the Bank's system parameters
Voting member in IT security committee
Implementing the changes in accounting standards according to IFRS9
High involvement in the implementation of the ALM module (FOCUS by Sunguard)
Setup of the chart of account and system parameters for new subsidiary in CONGO according to their requirements and rules (GCEC)
Sharing in the setup of branches abroad
Head of developing and implementing new budgeting and planning system "CONTROL"
High involvement in developing the bank's data warehouse
Developing and implementing the new requirements of IFRS7 and Basel II
Assessing and providing recommendation on various financial systems (ALM, Profitability & Budgeting)
