Coordinates the production, installation, and removal of display items as per the approved concept, design, theme for Bloomingdales Kuwait.

Plan, implement and maintain all Liwa brands at all stores in Kuwait by executing brand policies, sustaining exceptional levels of visual presentation and providing inspirational visual experience to customers.
• Managing 10 brands with a total of 18 stores available in 5 major malls in Kuwait which includes Gant, SuiteBlanco, M&Co Ladies, M&Co Kids, Gocco, Charanga, Lovisa, Menbur, Aspinal of London and Dwell.
• Take rounds to all shops by making sure that all visual merchandising standards are applied and promotions/action plans are taken responsibly by the store operations.
• Create window and in-store displays of goods for retail shops. Ensure that graphics and promotional supports are implemented within the specified time frames.
• Coordinates well with the brand teams, store operations/managers and contractors for any specific project launch.
• The work involves researching to get an understanding of what are needed, and coming up with design ideas.
• Outsourcing elements such as lighting, props and accessories.
• Making sure to use the most of the space available, work within a budget and meet deadlines.
• Conducts VM training to store operations which includes store managers, store-in-charge, and staffs.
• Creates modules for training; training includes lectures and hands-on.
Plan and erect commercial displays, such as those in windows and interiors of retail stores and at trade exhibitions. Specializes in home and fashion displays in department stores.
Handled 3 Manila Stores (RDS: Galleria, Festival and StarMall) and 5 Provincial Store (RDS: Lipa, Los Baños, Sta. Rosa, Dasmariñas and Imus)
Supervised all store-based VMs in all mentioned stores and keenly observed the following:
