Patient /Internal Customer Experience:
• Analyze patient’s feedback to identify points of dissatisfaction & action initiated to enhance patient satisfaction & actions taken. Ex: Delay in discharge.
• Analyze reason for delay in discharge process & initiate action through reduced time of discharge from Doctor discharge of patient up to patient leaving the premises.
