• Responsible for managing over 345 employees over two factories in Dubai.
• Working with state of the art machinery, including multi 5 Axes robowire machines, CNC, Water-jet, Diamond saw, Diamond splitting machines and much more….
• Daily tasks of distributing drawings and the responsibilities to the supervisors and team leaders, check the drawings compare with the actual conditions.
• Receive the main production plan from the head office and make analysis for it to know when the product is required, and what quantity of material is required, interact with planning department and discuss the main production plan and make any required arrangement to be ready for customers order.
• Calculate total qty of the required m2 for next stage according to the consumption of each order and send it top management and import material direct from suppliers around the world.
• Responsible for all purchasing and Inspections of Stone slabs and blocks in quarries around the world, such as Italy, Turkey, Vietnam etc…
• Discuss the new ideas with sample section and receive the new sample to check before we send it to the top management.
• Supervise and follow all the sections inside the factory to be sure that production and communication among employees is ran smoothly.
• Discuss the consumption rate with Design and Project Managers and inform purchasing to orders for the new requirements.
• Check and follow the balance stock levels of the stores.
Make regular meetings with factory staff production quality to discuss all the problems and stand on any weak points and hear all suggestions to improve the work.

Review the production rates from each section and all the finished orders in time, follow documentation cycle between all sections.

Think of new ways to keep the waste material at a minimum, and optimize budget costs.
Receive any new ideas to develop the production flow.

Working with DAX & HRMS LIVE systems to approve drawing and review employee overtime and attendance.
