• Develop baseline project budgets based on the latest approved tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope and client requirements.
• Prepare updated and revised budgets using current LPOs issued to approved suppliers, subcontractors, labor, and equipment providers, utilizing data extracted from the company’s ERP (Oracle Fusion) system.
• Review and validate cost codes for materials and subcontracted activities to ensure proper classification and consistency within the ERP cost-coding structure for accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Analyze and prepare cost build-up rates using the latest LPOs and ERP resource data, consolidating refined information into standardized cost control reporting templates.
• Produce monthly cost reports reflecting updated budgets, year-end forecasts, estimate-to-complete (ETC), and cost-at-completion (CAC), and submit these to the Cost Control Line Manager for review.
• Evaluate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) submitted by site teams to ensure quantities, specifications, and pricing comply with the approved budget, BOQ, and project requirements (within the ERP system).
• Assess and verify Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from the procurement team to ensure rates are within budget and fully compliant with project specifications and approved supplier agreements (ERP-based processes).
• Review Vendor Payment Certificates (VPCs) to confirm submitted quantities and rates remain within budget limits and align with approved WIRs, MIRs, Shop Drawings, and measurement sheets.
