1.)Read and analyzed incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
2.)Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
3.)File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
4.)Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
5.)Make travel arrangements for staffs.
6.)Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
7.)Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or other presentation software.
Handling customers needs, Handling bookings, receiving incoming and outgoing calls, do check-in and check-out of the guests, making the reservations/ bookings of any guests whether from company, walk-in or regular guests..
1.) Visitng Doctors clinic/hospital daily within assigned area
2.) Assuring to reach the qouta
3.) Promoting carried products
4.) Sending reports every 15th and 30th of the month.
