- Acting as a liaison between customers & companies & develop the relationship with allocated customers.
- Monitor daily deliveries by creating the MIS report.
- Data entry, amend & setup of the company master database.
- Assist & drive solutions for customer complaints, queries, errors, cancellations & returns via phone, e-mail or social media (Facebook / WhatsApp / live chat).

- Shipment planning & preparation of commercial documents (SO, DN, CI, PL, SASO, COO, Local Goods Entry Pass) for sea, air, GCC & local shipments.
- Communicate with freight forwarders & shipping lines.
- Analyse & negotiate shipping cost.
- Collaborate with production & logistics teams for smooth handling of shipments & updates.
- Maintain warehouse inventory. Stock counting.
- Assist & drive solutions for customer complaints, queries, errors via phone, e-mail as well as for counter customers.
- Communicate with freight forwarders & shipping lines for sea/air freight quotations & vessel schedules.
- Arrange export airfreight shipments.
- Liaise with agents for providing intermediate updates to the sales team.
- Maintain customer database & build good customer relations. Preparation of monthly sales report.
