DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assists senior waiter/steward in side station set up or in miss-en-place an according to the order.
* Attend the daily briefing before the work.
* Putting things into proper place of the section.
* Prepared environment for guest like putting table at the right place.
* Food and Beverage pick up and service on the table.
* Receiving and greeting the guests and seating them.
* Removing soiled, plates and dishes from the guests.
* Exchange of soiled linen from the housekeeping such as napkin, wiping clothes etc.
* Taking guest orders for food and Beverage and KOT&BOT.
* Wiping of cutlery, crockery and glass wares for efficient service & stock.
* Presentation of check/Bill, when requested by the guest.
