Ensure the accuracy of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to internal policies
Month end, Quarter end and year end expense variance analysis
Conduct daily GL accounting specific activities ensuring that they are completed in time and accordance to set guidelines, policies and standard procedures
Prepare and review monthly schedules (prepaid expenses, loan amortization, rental agreement, FA etc.) and accruals (various expenses, contractual agreements, revenues etc.)
Manage Fixed asset and schedules
Consolidation inter-company transactions and reconciliation including foreign currency accounting, if applicable
Prepare, document and- up to date process for accounting role
Provide advise support to the team with regards to correcting entries, if required
Handle process which involve interaction with respective deposits and prepayment s and other cost accruals processes
Assist and support other accounting teams/groups, if required
Periodical balance-sheet accounts reconciliation
Designing effective budget models for department and entire company. Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) all ensure all operation are within and aligned to budget
Monitor all bank accounts and fund all bank as required
liaising with banks for funding /loans requirements
implement best practices in Hilal Medical Services (parent company ) group which benchmark regional best practices
Work closely with external and internal auditor to assist in completion of all audits
Interface with management in various departments, including payroll, insurance, IT, legal, etc.
Performing detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modelling, profitability analysis, return on investment /discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring business issue and impact to bottom line
Ensure data is properly recorded and stored on the server on daily basis to ensure safety, integrity and completeness of data
Sole handling of SOX procedures such as identification and updating of various processes, conducting walk-through and half yearly testing.
Preparation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and conducting drills.
Maintaining interwoven for the unit.
Raising interest demand from customers for loans.
Monitoring asset liability as well as liquidity position for the branch
Preparation of Credit Note (detailed assessment of past and future projections) for corporate clients
Preparation of Compliance and several other regulatory and internal purpose MIS reports
Providing advisory services on various tax issues and business forms.
Consultancy on requirements under FEMA while setting up/running of business units by foreign companies in India.
Understanding business area under review, identifying the key risks and ensuring that proper control measures are in place to mitigate them.
Supervising the statutory and internal audit of companies including Lafarge Boral Gypsum in Asia Ltd.
Fund Management.
Recording of Financial Transactions like purchases and various other expense items.
Management of Cash and Bank transactions.
Verification and approval for payments to vendors.
Keeping complete record of and verification of bank transactions
